Front inner fender liners

Does anyone know where I can get the two access covers that are in the 2017 1500 Ram front fender liners? All I can find is the complete fender liners, not that access covers.

I'd also check at a salvage yard-------or if your real fast you might find a Ram at Home Depot or Lowes parked at the back of the parking lot----
