Front plate step

Looking for the front license plate steps for our 2500's. These trucks are so high now that I can barely reach the dipstick to check the oil. I installed the AMI swing step bar on my 2014 and it was great. Looks like they went out of business. Anyone have experience with steps that attach to the front bumpers?

I remember seeing a bull bar that folded down and was used as a step. Been awhile since I saw it so can’t give any specific details.

Of course there are several brands of tire steps, some are very adjustable

Etrailer carries a few brands, but there are many more brands
some with width & step height adjustments

Get a 3 step stool, I have one and it is great, much more versatile than a singel step, you can use it to get into the bed.

I use this from harbor freight. They are about $40. but they offer coupons so they can be a little cheaper. Plus the legs fold up for easier storage

I may have to go with something like that. Problem is when my TT is hooked up and bed of truck is full I don't have much room for one of these.

That sux, I guess the wheel step is all that’s out there.

I used to Rally all over Europe and these were a standard "tool" in everyone's tool kit. They work exceptionally well lined with a plastic garbage bag (doubled up of course ;- ) in a 5 gallon bucket under it.

That lucky guy got one with padding on it ... I've not had that pleasure.

Have someone raising & lowering the air suspension while your sitting on it, might do wonders for some

Like I said before, the legs fold so I'd imagine you could tuck it somewhere. It's also pretty lightweight
