Which would be easier to do, remove the bed or drop the gas tank to get to the fuel pump ? 2006 Ram 1500

It's very simple to do either way. I personall raise the bed if I am not in my shop or at work at my dealership.

I remove the left side bolts in the bed and disconnect the tail lamp wiring. Then I loosen the right side bed bolts. Then I either use a bottle jack and wood blocks to lift the bed up and hold it up with jack stands or I lift it with my engine hoist and place stands under the bed to hold it up.
