Is part "Fuel Tank - Mopar (68323675AC) - 26 Gallon Tank" a direct replacement? Like i do not need to add anything if nothing else is damage I.E. Pump, brackets Etc. I have having filling issues and we have replaced everything except the tank now. Which is my next step.

Also if i upgraded to part "68323674AC" the 33 gallon tank, what would need to be done? this is out of Curiosity mainly!

Highly doubt it is the tank. Throwing parts at a problem doesn't work well, you need to investigate more. There are a lot of threads here on this exact problem with various causes, have you searched those out and read them. In them you will fund people who had similar problems and you can chat with them to see how the resolved their problem.

One critical action you can take is never, ever, click the fuel fill handle again once it shuts off when filling (after you fix it). That leads to a clogged charcoal canister, which could be your problem now even though apparently replaced it.

i have replaced Evap sensor, Fuel Filler kneck and Canister next to if. They have shoved a camera down the whole fuel system. They were on the phones with techs themselves and were doing everything the tech said to do to check. The main thing they said whatever is "built into the tank is the problem." Something about what ever is direction build into the tank that you can only replace by replacing the entire tank. I have looked through many thread, hence why i replace the EVAP sesnsor, fuel filler neck, etc

they think its the fuel tank vent valve

If you were to upgrade to the 33 gallon tank, it seems that almost all of the parts are the same with the exception of one of the fuel vapor tubes. NFW = 26 gallon tank, NFX = 32 gallon tank, 98 = 140.5" WB, 91 = 149.5" WB.
