Some of the diesel trucks have a second auxiliary box, but it's also under the hood.

The EcoDiesel has a second fuse box with the PTC and Glow plug fuses/relays. I believe the HD trucks a similar enclosure in the same spot for the auxiliary relays/fuses.
There has also been discussed about an in-line fuse for the radio which is located near the brake booster.
