Ok.. I give up or I'm a complete *****.. probably the *****.. Where is the interior fuse box? Is it just an exterior fuse box ? 2014 ram 1500 bighorn

You aren't crazy. The "traditional" location for the fuse box near the driver's side foot well is taken up by the electronic transmission's neutral override release.
