Going to do some rust repairs, prep, Herculine the lower portion, and add fender flares on my baby. I have a few opinion based questions. After cleanup and prep on wheel wells should I just primmer them before flares or bedline under them?

Really depends on how thick you are applying your herculiner. I had my truck done over the wells and down the rockers and doors with Rhino Lining for $600.

My Rhino is way to thick to be able to properly put any fender flares on (it got 2 coats). I would say your best bet is to just primer the fenders then apply the flares then continue with the Herculiner. As long as your prep the hell out of it you should be golden.

Take the flairs off and do everything under the flairs. And properly.\

And primer doesn't seal the paint, so you'll need a paint over it.
