good deal or no?

So I have no need for my factory 20s and the tires have no rubber left. I took off factory step rails. And my buddy is offering me. Bils to level my 6in lift. And fox shocks resivors to run in the rear. For the wheels and step rails. All brand new and installed and all aligned. Is this a fair deal? I had no plan on selling these parts.

Well, you could probably get anywhere from $500 to $700 for the wheels and atleast a couple hundred for the steps (assuming the stuff is in good condition). Bils are about $200, not sure what the Fox w/res's go for. Guesstimate labor?????? Now once you can ballpark that with the added fact this is a friend, does it seem good to you? How good of a friend is he?

its 10000x easier to swap wheels and the running boards

the shocks with labor will be way north then the labor to just swap the wheels and boads
