Got A Check Gauge Light

Only gauge not working was the oil gauge. Turn key off then back on and start engine and all is good again. Thoughts?

either your oil pressure sensor failed or you have oil pressure issues usually that will rear its head at a hot idle.

There are a ton of codes that get stored in the BCM without turning on a CEL

I would be more surprised if there isn't a code stored, then if there is
