What should have been an hour and a half project has turned into a fiasco. As I type this I'm waiting for a tow truck to come load my truck and take it to the garage down the street. I picked up the brake hose last night and started early morning today. Struggled to get the caliper off, I had to go buy a $35 beaker bar just to brake the bolts free. Once I got that off I put the rotor on started to put the caliper and brake hose on. All is good at this point and feeling like ill be done ready to drive. Once I got it all on I turned my attention to bleeding the lines. Front driver side bleed valve has been stripped to nearly round. Looked at the back and those look good but rusty so hit it with PB blaster and started to turn the valve...broke right off in the caliper. So now I have two bleed valve that I can't use. So instead of attempting to ruin the other two I'm going to give up and let someone else fix it. I hate old rusty parts. Just got back from autozone and purchased two calipers.
