I think you should install a 6" suspension lift , bills @ +2.8 and a 3" body lift , 2" bora spacers , 40" super swampers TSL on 17 -18" X 12 wheels .... Oh I almost forgot A BIG YES ON THE FLARES !

Seriously, I think it would look better lowered and level , I'm on the fence on flares , maybe the factory ones ( the 2500s)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! And Big Boi that's a beautiful thread exactly what I was looking for. I'm sold for those fender flares I'm hoping to order some tomorrow, just to get gasser all riled up. :) lol

So, if everyone agrees I need to drop a bit... What do they make for 2015 trucks? You Guys think a 2" in the back would be enough? These will be my summer rims as we get sh!tty roads in winter and lots of snow at times.

Nothing wrong with some fender flares on a lowered truck as long as the wheels are stanced and they will cover all or most of the tire without the wheel being recessed under them. The reason I say this is because I have a set of factory 2500 flares to go on my 4/6 dropped '09 because I want a wider wheel path to deal with a rubbing issue and for more stability around corners but I also like my paint and want to protect it.

Do you have the air ride suspension? If so it'll be harder to drop the truck but if you have normal springs then you can pick up a set of 2" drop coils for a good price and just throw them in. I really think it needs a 2/4 drop to get rid of the wheel gap but it's sometimes better to start small to get an idea of what you really want to do with it.

If you are 4x4 then you can get the Ground Force #9984 2"/3" drop which from most people's experience yields about a 2"/4" drop on the crew cab. It's just springs for the front, and springs and shocks for the rear with some sway bar end links. Reasonably priced and can be installed in a day. That would probably look perfect on your truck.

Lower it.

X's 2.. needs to drop it atleast 2"

and for all that have never seen lowered trucks with flares come to cali, they are all over and usually look like crap... but can look good if tire location to flare is close.. I constantly see stock wheel with crap loads of positive offset with pocket flares... looks like crap... smooth flares, and they must not stick out past the edge of the tire.

So ground force makes a kit for the 15's? I guess I only checked mcgauheys. Thanks

No air suspension here. Doesn't last in -40 weather.

The suspension hasn't change since 09. Except if you have the air ride. Not sure how that would work with lowering springs.

I like the Dub rims, would get them if they made them in 22s for our bolt pattern. Kinda glad they don't though. They are becoming very played out.
