Truck looks great, I’m digging those wheels. As far as the flares, I think most truck look better without them HOWEVER, I have factory flares and I’m not taking them off. I can’t imagine what the sides of my truck would look like without the little extra protection they provide.

Good lookin' wheels. I say Yes on the flares for the reason @6.7CumminsDrvr mentioned.

I struggled with it a bit myself but decided in favor of protecting the lower body panels.

I also agree on the flares, like the color match flares but also think the ones on mine, which are the black, look good because it matches some of the other trim that I have such as body side molding and my steps. Good looking wheels, enjoy those.

Here’s my old mall crawler setup, flares will keep the rock chips off the paint a bit if you don’t want huge splash guards.

Yeah I know what you mean. I already have the flares. rivet pocket style for that aggresive look. Just need to paint them white. But seeing it, as it sits now, I struggle with what to do. Just enough poke to look good, but not look terrible. So was hoping for some input on the poll I created.

Not a fan of pockets ... Ya got a nice amount if poke ... Like I said, perfect offset .... Put the pockets on, and ya got no poke ... I just think pockets are for major lifted offroaders runnin 37’s ... Just my opinion tho

With my wheel offset and 35x12.50R18 tires I needed a bit more coverage than the stock 2500 flares provided.

Stock flares with stock wheels & tires:

Stock flares with 18x9 +18 offset Walker Evans Racing 504 wheels:

Same wheels & tires with Bushwacker pocket flares:

Yeah, and your wheels sit inside those pockets a bit. my offset sticking the tire out more, so thought it would look good. mounted a flare and tire still sticks out a hair

Wow looks amazing. As far as flares, looks better without in my opinion but tires that aggressive rocks are guaranteed to fling out and possibly damage your paint.

Yeah, I guess the smart thing to do, if put some flares on it and not wreck my paint.
Appreciate all the feedback!

I had flares on mine and took them off, I like it better without. I dont have any rock chips but I only have 21k miles. If you do get flares make sure you paint them. I originally had 20x9 and they didnt stick out, I got 10's so they would stick out

I don't have any upgraded wheels or tires persay. Yet I love my Bushwhacker fender flares with Line-X coating. I should have had the fender flare bolts Line-X too.

For the record, I've bumped the flares turning. The Line-X protected the flares and my fence.
