My GPS constantly says "Address not available." These are streets that have been around for years! I had an appointment with Herb Chambers RAM in Danvers, MA and the service tech told me to go home and call UConnect, who claims it is a dealer issue. Has anyone had similar problems? Also, it always says "Offline directory search." How do I get an "online" search- perhaps that would be more accurate.
