looking to see different grill inserts brand for 1500 ram and what is better programmer-does it increase hp over adv 395-or just pedal comm. to get better throttle response

PC increase the throttle response. It does not increase the hp or the torque. A Diablo tuner with a custom tune can increase your hp by about 25-30 hp.
