Hey guys like the title asks.. Is it worth spending the extra money on the ground Force 2" rear drop springs and shocks or should I save some money and get only the springs and use stock shocks?

Truck is a 2010 quad cab 4x4

FWIW a friend bought the deluxe kit for his RCSB, was never happy with the ride quality. I cut my stock springs too low and then got a 2nd pair; he reused my stock cut springs and there was a measurable improvement. He says he wished he never bought the kit at all, and just cut his stock springs and used stock shocks. Normally I'm not a fan of cutting springs, but this platform has SO much suspension travel, they don't miss 2". With airbags and a 2" drop I still have a great ride when towing.
Just food for thought.

I have the GF 2" rear drop springs and shocks on my 2WD RCSB and love it. Leveled out the rear rake and rides quite nicely. My Express came without a rear sway bar so I added a Hellweg bar as well.

Did you happen to measure how much was removed, or at least whether it was 1.25 coils or something along those lines? I'm very interested in doing this along with air bags.

I have the GF 2" rear drop and am very happy with it. Level and a tighter feel from the rear on my little RCSB

Yes, springs and shocks. However, as happy as I have been with the 2" drop, I am wanting to go lower and I will probably switch to 2/4.
