Ground strap location

Sorry if this was discussed before but I couldn’t find it relative to a 4th gen ram. I was checking my ac drain and pulled back the wheel well cover on the front passenger side. I found a ground strap clipped to the wheel well but the other end was just hanging and looked to have ripped free. Where is this strap supposed to connect to? The engine? Thanks

It should go to the back of the cylinder head.

Buy a universal ground strap,and bolt it to somewhere on the engine,and then to the frame or body,or do one for each.
