Hands free ?

I recently installed pioneer avh-x5700-bhs, love this unit but for some reason when someone calls I can't hear them through my system but they can hear me, I think I have all my setting correct but need a lil help maybe I'm missing something.

The only thing I can think of is if you have turned up the volume while on the call.

Are you sure your phone is set to output speaker to the Pioneer?

Yeah I went into the settings and changed that, thought maybe it was the mic but they can here me, just a pain in the butt when someone calls, frustrating and its probly something simple

This has been an issue one of the fixes people found was restarting the unit to factory settings a bunch of times fixed it.

Diff unit for me , but if your phone volume isn't turned up while connected via BT maybe ?

I know my Navigation app VZ Navigator connected via BT to my RA2 5.0 will not play through the trucks speakers Untill I turn up the volume on the phone while the app is on and connected ...

Also check for a software update for the pioneer.

That very well could be the issue, I usually keep my phone on silent mode, I will try that out
