So after a few hand calculations of my gas mileage I have come to the conclusion that I get about 14 to 15 mpg in the city with 35s and 91 octane and driving like an ass. Which I'm pretty darn happy

Nice, I get about 14/ 15 Mpg with my rc/sb that has a 2/4 drop with stock tires on it but that's when my foot is heavy and I'm trying to drive like I'm in a Lamborghini, man I love the sound of my cutout exhaust when it's wot
Yeah you know what I'm pretty happy too

Awesome... I'm happy with mine too. On holidays this year we went from Niagara Falls I 90 to Chicago to Winnipeg (I 94) at 14 L/100 Kms, which is 20 MPG Canadian or 18 MPG US, but for all 9000 Kms we averaged 17 L/100Kms... Not bad for a 2500 6.4 loaded with 2500lbs of gear and family members.

averaged 21.4mpg @ 71mph on a 640 mile round trip drive a couple weekends ago. I'd say stellar for one of the heaviest 1500 short bed configurations and 3.92 axle. usually see 16 +- 0.5 @ 22-23mph average during my weekday commuting.

Got 32.3 MPG average on 50 mile trip with speed control set at 54 mph with 5.7L RCSB including a 4 mile, 5% grade with 87 octane gasoline. Was quite surprised.

If you need gas milage improvement, buy a pentastar. Less power but goes further on a tank of gas. jhmo

Best i can get over a tank of gas in my 14 express sc 5.7 is 20mpg. When i drive it the way i like to drive it, it goes down to 17. I have gotten 27mpg on the way to work but, that was very hard. Acceleration is fuel economy's worst nightmare with this 5.7.

I got 23.6 MPG (hand calculated) once on a purely highway trip. I filled up right before getting on the highway and again immediately when I got off the highway. Was going about 60 most of the time and I was babying it into MDS. Usually I get around 18-19 mpg highway and 13 around town. I just had AT tires put on so I'm sure this is going down somewhat but I'm just glad to be rid of the Goodyears.

Honestly I'm really impressed with the mileage I get from my truck. My previous two vehicles were a Frontier and an Explorer, both had V6s and neither got much better mileage than my truck.

I average about 19 everyday driving. Going to drive to Charleston SC from West Point Va this coming Friday. I will be pulling a 6x12 Uhaul trailer probably around 4000 pds gross. Hoping for some good MPG's for the trip.
