Has anyone been inspected for DPF delete in Oregon State

I am getting close to the end of my warranty and planning to the dpf delete. Has anyone ever been inspected by the EPA or DEQ and failed because of doing the dpf delete?

What type of testing do they do there? I don't know of anyone anywhere that has passed any kind of testing while deleted. Most put all the crap back on and go back to stock yearly to pass the test then pull it all off again.

Nope, I have not.

Currently diesel pickups are exempt from testing in most areas of the state.

I expect that to change. My local diesel performance shop has been brought up on charges by the State of Oregon DEQ for having removed emissions controls from diesel trucks and that's just a prelude to state wide testing, IMHO.

We'll continue to see the GOV crack down on the vendors as well institute inspection.

I live in very rural NW PA, and my county now requires emission equipment inspection along with the annual safety inspection.
