Has anyone tried a SV-6834.CHR.C Backup Camera

I'm looking for a tail gate back up camera and see one on sonix for 120.00..its a Crimestopper SV-6834.CHR.C Backup Camera ...they also sell it at Walmart on line. The one I'm looking at has a chrome finish eliminating the need to buy a chrome cover (if your into chrome) . Does anyone have one of these....are they decent and is the chrome one a decent finish that wont pit or are you better off going with black...thanks in advance

its just a regular cmos camera in a handle. you can use any bullet style aftermarket camera and drill a hole in the handle. there is plenty of room for the cam.
