2014 Laramie with stock projector headlights. One of my headlights is in really tough shape. I already bought HIDs (9012) that are ready to be installed. Any ideas on how to replace just one projector headlight? Or any aftermarkets that would directly replace both projectors and I could still use the 9012 HIDs.

TYC are relatively inexpensive with lifetime warranty and a direct copy of the OEM.

I got a set of TYCs from RetroShop. Had them blacked out, clear corners added, switchback DRL/turn signals, and a 5k HID KIT. They look amazing too. You can get the TYC in chrome or the stock black look.
