Lots of people have issues. My 13'quad lights looked like a fish tank, like 2 inches of water swishing around. I did see some people with the projectors saying to make sure vent is open correctly, only way I seen anyone get the condensation out is hair dryer. Search and you may find more info, seen some say the leds don't heat up enough to remove moisture etc.

I have a 2018 with projectors and 1200 miles on it and yes moisture already present. Not a fish bowl yet.

There are vents on the back of the projectors. If they are not open or open enough it could be the cause

Search the forum, there is a nice write up on opening the vents up. I just can’t remember where.

I have been seeing that is a possible issue , but would there be moisture through the slightly opened vents if popped open?

Just posted this in another post on this. Can be done with a heat gun or hair dryer but here is what I did.

I tried the whole vent cap procedure and still got moisture in my lights as well as my 2500 work truck. I fixed both by taking off the entire light assembly, opening up the back covers and sitting them on top of a transformer(housing is abut 85*) in my building for about 5 hours. Once they were dry, I ran a bead of clear sealant around the seam where the lens and the housing meet. Haven’t had any more moisture since.

Yes there is moisture in the air (humidity) when temperature changes humidity converts to condensation. If lights are sealed that cannot evaporate and escape, it’s trapped in there until the temp and humidity reach a level that is near where the condensation formed.

Open the vents a little and the heat from the lights will evaporate it and allow it to escape the housing.
