Headlight panel

Does anyone know what the proper part name is for the panel located below the headlight and above the bumper is on a 2013 dodge ram 2500. It's about 12 inches long. 2 inches tall. And is normally painted the same color as the body. As far as I can tell it's not attached to the bumper.

It's just a filler piece. Rockauto.com has them for about $35 for textured and $50 for printable

Bumper filler is what they used to be called, sure it hasn't changed.
