Headlights replacement?

I wanna get some opinions (and pics) of some replacement headlights some of y’all have done. I have been doing a lot of research on wether to go projection retro fit. Or just getting LED/ HID plug and play full headlight replacements. I wanted to get darker lenses for the most part but do y’all have any opinion on which is better/brighter?

there are lots of opinions here. i have this set on order to upgrade my current quads to a projector style. if the light output is still not good enough, I figure I can add a HID kit to these lights easy enough. less expensive than a retrofit or factory projectors and should still get me better light output.

Might sound dumb but when it comes to headlights and electrical stuff I’m not that great at... is quad the stock headlights installed on rams? And I do like those I’ve been leaning towards doing a HID kit.

My truck has the quad halogen. They came on 2010 and up (I think). There is a separate bulb for high and low beams...2 per side, 4 total...hence quad.

The dual style has one bulb for high/low beam...one bulb per headlight.

And there were factory projectors.

There are examples of the factory quad, dual, and projectors below.

The one above is aftermarket. It's the dual style but has a projector. Uses one halogen bulb for high/low beam.
