Headliner

I am planning to take out my headliner to put fiber optic lights in it. It’s a 3rd gen crew cab. Anyone have any advice of how to get the headliner out the easiest?

Take out your upper A,B,C pillar covers, remove map light console unplug everything, remove cabin center light bezel, remove visors and clips, remove clothes hangers in the back. The whole thing comes down as a fiber glass shell. I reclined my seats to work it out. Its tight.I had mine recovered in leather.Easy to clean. Just wipe it down.
