So after changing a thermostat I’m having a lot of heat issues

Passenger side blows hot and has good air speed.

Driver side is almost cold and hardly pushes any air out

Coolant doesn’t have any air locks ( as far as it seams )

Heater core hoses are both hot, no coolant leaking in the cab

I have changed bend doors behind centre console. And on on the side of passenger under glove box

Could the RECIRCULATION DOOR actuator prevent air pressure to the drivers side

RIGHT TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR sounds likes it’s working

Could the climate control module be failing?

If your not getting air out of the vents, the heater core is probably plugged from dirt due to lack of air filter.
If your getting a lack of heat on the driver's side it probably an internally plugged heater core.

So I’m getting both issues on driver side
Would it be worth flushing the system or just replacing the heater core

So... Why did you change the thermostat? And, which brand? Anything other than OE is a true crap shoot. If not an OE, then stop, do not pass Go, and go get a FACTORY OE t-stat. And... how do you know there are no air pockets? Did you use an Air-Lift system to vacuum and refill the cooling system to eliminate the air? If not, invest in one (you'll have to have an air compressor)... I learned years ago, that one will never get the air pockets cleared without one, so often, that it was making an old man of me.

I just recently replaced the engine, radiator, ALL hoses, water pump, and t-stat in a 2002 Ram 1500 with the 4.7L engine that EVERYONE knows what a night mare those are to get the air out of. I installed a MOPAR t-stat, vacuumed the system, and put my premixed coolant/distilled water in a 5 gallon bucket, and let the tool bring a vacuum to -25 psi of mercury, and let the tool fill the system.... easy peasy. After starting the new (reman) engine and watching the coolant level in the degas bottle while the engine warmed up, I added, maybe 1 or 2 cups of coolant. That's it. No muss no fuss. The cooling system gave me heat almost immediately, and the rest is history.

I also flushed the heater core while the engine was out, using CLR. WOW! The amount of crud that came out was astonishing. His heater, according to him, had been putting out only tepid air for 2-3 years prior. Yet both of his heater hoses got warm.

These are just me relating my experience and thoughts. Good luck! :)
