AC blows great and cold out of both driver and passenger sides.
Heater blows great and HOT out of passenger side but cool out of driver side.
The blend door and actuator that is located behind and to the left of glove box works as I see it move and I hear the door close either direction when changing temperatures.

I watched some videos on troubleshooting a clogged heater core and it said to turn on heater and let it run for a while then go feel the in and out lines in the engine bay.

My question is this. When my blower is on high heat I can feel air being pushed out the weep hole in the fire wall of engine bay with pretty good force of air. Is that normal or a sign of a problem? If a problem what do you think it is?
Pictures attached. One picture with white paper next to weep hole and second picture with paper in front to show how hard it is blowing. I have video but this forum will not allow it to be uploaded.

A picture of the area you are talking about would help immensely. I have a 2019 DT truck so with AC vent horizontal near heater hoses.

One picture showing white strip of paper next to hole. Second picture shows strip of paper being bent / blown over. Not sure why there is so much force of air.
