I too vouch for the Cardone HDs... One Mopar failed, I put a top of the line Napa in, next year the other mopar failed, put another Napa in. one year later both Napas failed, put the cardones in no problems in I want to say in like 8 years.

Not HD, but RockAuto does list some extended travel offroad cv's.

Did you replace the stub shafts, before switching to the Cardone shafts…I blew a factory shaft, installed one from Carquest and it lasted approximately 140 klms, no damage, I just snapped it back in to weigh my options…
Thanks Simers

Once again thank you to everyone who has chimed in your time is much appreciated, it’s been very helpful, I’ve got: Mevotech ttx tie rod ends, lower ball joints, wheel hub assembly.
Cardone hd cv axles.
Transtech stub/intermediate axle kit w sureseal boots
Core4x4 ucas

What type of antisieze are y’all using on the cv axle splines?
Can I use the same antisieze on the slip yoke?

no anti-seize here :p
Mevotech says don't use anything on the hub side. whereas Google AI says use a molybdenum disulfide anti-seize.
Cardone's site so far makes no mention of it.
