Hectic Hid kit 2005 dodge 2500

I have been having a number of issues with this kit it's a xenon kit wire harness, capacitors and resistors. I have had it where one light does not turn on but the other does this is about 50% of the time and then some times it works fine. I am now at an issue where the damn lights will not turn off when the truck is off and I have to unplug the ballast to get them off what is causing this **** show.

Now I have it to a point where it will turn off but now if I hit the brights and then go back to low beams the right light will turn off fml these things absolutely suck
