Trying to upgrade the RAM as getting the itch for new and its much cheaper to spend a couple K on an old pickup with 66k miles and lifetime warranty versus buying a new one

I'd like to get Android Auto in my 2013 w/o losing factory functions

Heigh10
has a bigger screen and is new
notes most factory functions which I have no clue what that means
can get installed for MSRP cause I no longer have hours to swap a head unit
have heard that audio quality can drop off with factory alpine
screen quality is meh from what I can tell, but haven't seen side by side or in vehicle just in showroom

Infotainment
Factory look and all functions
Essentially a refurb from what I see?
I'm a CI electronics engineer in auto and I know refurbs have terrible quality goals
low warranty worries me
Have to install myself which means lost sleep/time which i'm low on

I just installed the Heigh10 in a Big Horn with the Alpine system. It retains many of the features of the old radio, but you lose Uconnect (no big loss). I find no audio dropoff, and the screen actually looks great.

How has this radio held up?
