Hello everyone, Bought my first ram when serving in Afghanistan in 2010. I have enjoyed it so much I have never looked back. Bought 3 more since then.

I just traded in my Big Horn for a 2021 1500 express. Single cab standard bed. It has the option for bucket seats but, mine did not come with them. My big horn had them and, as long as my butt has to be behind the wheel every time I drive I was wondering ...... Is it possible to upgrade to buckets now? And if so what will fit. Is the DS-DT thing going to be an issue? If anyone knows or think they might be able to help I would like to know.
Many Thanks,
Happy Guy.

Most times the Main interior wiring harness that is put in Rams would be ready for a basic setup such as yours, but it is ready for the upgraded stuff,
You may have to buy the pigtail that goes between Main harness & the seat

Other than that, there is the seat bolt pattern

I would make a template of your seat bolt pattern & use the template to find power seat(s) that match it
The seat holes are already drilled to mount bucket seats

Dose anyone know if I can change the entire dash in my new Ram 1500 single cab Express. I will be taking the wiring from the fuse panel back. But do not know what trucks to look for or if any programing will need to be done to make it all work correctly. Anything you all could share would be helpful, so I can began to move forward intelligently with this.

Many thanks, And if I can help along this journey, let me know. I will be happy to post pictures or anything else that mite help a long the way.

Kevin.

Dose anyone know if is possible to replace the entire dash in a new Ram 1500 single bed Express? And, if so what trucks can I take into consideration? Will there there be reprograming required to make it all work correctly? I would appreciate any help I could get along this journey. I will have full access to all wiring up to and including the fuse panel, nuts and bolts and everything thing else that will be needed to do this job correctly.
Many thanks, If I can help in any way I will be happy to post pictures and, anything else along the way.

What makes you think that you need to replace the whole dash

You can upgrade to the Premier Instrument cluster

Chances are good that you have the RA 2, 5" radio, you could upgrade to the RA3, or RA4, 8.4" radio, if you do, get the RA4, just more functions

If you only have 1 glove box door, you can get another door

What else would you want ?

Welcome to the forum.

Want to visit the Surprise area someday. I'm a cactus-aholic here in NC.
