Help, bought a truck

Hello, I'm new here and just bought a 1998 dodge ram 1500 v8 magnum 5.9 and have a couple questions I hope you guys can help me. First of all... I belive I have a k and n air intake system but I'm not positive. Second I have a HUGE muffler has to be at least 18 inches but it's all rusty so I can't tell. Is this stock? Another thing is can someone help me with any free mods , and help explain them to me. Thanks in advance

The stock mufflers I believe are quite large, I don't have a muffler so I can compare for ya.

also I underestimated the muffler it has to be like 3 feet I'm a size 10-1/2 for a reference
