help identifying wheel/tire combo and lift height

Hello All,

I was hoping someone could kindly help me identify the wheel/tire dimensions and lift level of the truck in this video? https://youtu.be/EOPs4TE-l1Y

I think the lift is 4 inches.

A bonus would be if anyone can identify the wheel manufacturer.

The wheels are the XD Misfit 800s in black and looks like 17x9s .... the lift not sure
