Help installation on procharger

Procharger install

Does the bypass valve have the filter aiming up toward engine bay or down towards floor? There’s no information or pics of installation. The one on manual doesn’t describe just shows a vague picture.

Is the pic with the red circle the bottom of frame?

Looks like the bottom of the radiator to me. It's hard to tell from the picture though.

Assuming the two large pipes are the intercooler pipes and they go to the intercooler mounted in the front, the picture is taken from the bottom.
