Im on my second set of the HT Plus. For what i paid both times, its a great tire. $600 in stock 20" size. With regular rotations about every 5 to 8000 miles my 1st set ran ~62000 miles. Not bad for a 55000 mile tire. Good handling and good in the rain, but i live in So Cal. Its not real rain here.

I have the Cooper HT plus and like said above, they're solid for the price. Ok in snow but they're definitely not snow tires. Stay on the road and you'll be ok. Rain, eh, ok. Tires spin easy enough but they do the job. If you're staying on clean dry pavement they are the tire for you.
