How bad does a 4" or 6" lift and 35s kill your gas mileage?

It actually increases mpg:party36:

Like 2mpg worse usually

lift and tires...if you were in a warmer area, I'd say lower and 22's...

Bah- snow isn't a problem if you've got traction. My lowered FWD subcompact makes mincemeat of our winters with proper winter tires, and I often plow the roads haha (I have also been high centered in hard packed snow but the truck is much higher- not a concern)
I say grab some good winter tires for the stock rims and throw some 22's on there with at least a 2" rear drop to level, or a 2/4 drop if you're so inclined.
You didn't say anything about wanting to offroad, and the winter/summer tire package would give you proper traction all year 'round.

The CAI/Ported TB/tuner will go a long way towards real power, and you should be able to do those mods yourself. Spend $ on parts, not labor.

Will a 4" or 6" lift on 35s still fit through a 7' garage door? Lol

I don't offload hardcore but I did forget to mention and even think about the road to my camp which is pretty much a 4 wheeler trail for 4 miles. Guess that'd be dumb to travel to on 22s. Then I do work landscaping on many dirt roads, and I guess typing all this the lift and 17s it is.

So moving onward, who makes the best body lift for the money? I'd like to not go more than 1.5 but I see everyone raving about the PA accessories kit. I known JJ seems happy with his, and his seems like a good height, not too tall. And then I would only be buying 1 set of tires. Looking for the 34 inch range.
