Help: Rear fold down cup holder cover

I don't even know what to call this piece, so I have attached a picture. I am in need of the cover that screws onto the fold down floor of a crew cab pickup. It is over/adjacent to the rear cup holder. I have thoroughly searched Google and cannot find anything useful. I am guessing I may be making a trip to a junkyard to see what I can come up with. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure what the part number is but just an fyi the piece does not cover the cup holes, it's only trim on that horseshoe shape in the back around it. At least that's how it is in my truck. If you want to cover the cup holes you may have to diy.
