Well since you already have your exhaust un-corked and are adding a Y-pipe, and you only have $500 to spend (for now). I would personally apply them in this order.

Moe's ported TB (better response), CIA (better flow), Hemi Fever Diablo trinity tuner (with free custom tune), then the T-Stat (not a large factor in performance).

You may want to spend an extra $100 for the tuner first if you have it, because you will see the largest gains from that, but I would not apply the custom tune until you have all of the performance mods you wish to install in place. That way you get the best results from your tuning.

In the future you may want to invest in a billet catch can (because the custom tunes increase oil vapor being sucked into the intake), a set of long tube headers, and a quality billet torque converter.

Good luck with your tinkering.

I don't think tunes for 2013s aren't out yet.
Torque Converter would have immediate benefits, but not in the $500 ballpark.

So, a CAI followed by Throttle Body is your best option for now.
Y-pipe just makes exhaust less restricted--but so do headers; T-stat and or change to the V-6 electric fan can come later.

For $500, I would go with the Moe's 87mm throttle body and a Billet Technology Catch Can. That's right at your budget, and they are 2 mods that you will appreciate immediately after the install.

Those two are must haves on these trucks.

Or an Edge converter for $525 if you can install it yourself.

Matt's right, you would have had to save another $100 or more in pennies to do CAI and TB like I recommended, or wound up compromising on a cheaper CAI.

The catch can is an important mod--just wont contribute to speed and power. So a TB for power and a catch can for the health of the engine is a nice compromise that lets you shoot your whole $500 ***.

Of course you may still be sucking hard on that narrow pipe :flamingdevil:
