Help with 2108 Ram 2500 crew Cab Tradesman radio upgrade

If this has shown up in other places, I am very sorry!!! I am having all sorts of trouble getting this forum to let me post something or start a conversation.

I hate to bother you, buy I'm out of ideas. I have spent hours reading through the Ram Forums to figure out what I need and how to do it and the challenge is that there is not enough information, it is too much and I can't seem to find exactly my situation described. I have a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel crew cab Tradesman. It came with the 5" display radio and it does have bluetooth. I want to upgrade it to the 8" system with NAV and CarPlay which seems to be the UAQ(?). The media hub that is in it is pictured below.

Does the media hub need to be replaced?
Is this part number from AllMOPAR Parts the correct one?
Radio-Multi Media - Mopar (68331631AK)

Benny also gave me a part number for the new Dash control unit and a new HVAC module? Is the HVAC module needed?

On a another note, Benny asked me if I was upgrading to dual climate control - can I do that? How hard, what is involved?

I truly appreciate any help you will offer.

You will need
4 speed conversion harness with ATC part 1 option and Cabin Temp sensor.
4-7 speed fan resistor harness

> 2018 UAQ or UAS ram radio (your PN is correct)
> 13-18 8.4 radio/HVAC bezel (single zone MTC 1uj96xxxx or dual zone ATC 1uj97xxxx)
> 2018 2500 HVAC module 68366552AA ( from the UAQ upgrade thread)
> 13-17 Fan resistor from the 8.4 upgrade thread
> and if to are using apple iPhone, you need the upgraded 18 ram USB hub from the UAQ thread I support CarPlay ... 68328704AC (RAM).

Plus:
AlfaOBD, OBDLink MX BT adapter, and Obd port security bypass harness (DeereGuy) to program the BCM config for Single Zone ATC

I think that covers it

True Dual Zone ATC is possible but requires removing the dash/refrigerant, swapping the plenum box and installing the extra blend door and wiring (I can build in the full wiring with conversion/ATC harness). See StecoD's and Ricks Ram's posts...
