just got the fass 150 lift pump titanium series an cant find a good mounting spot on my short bed ...any one find pics of it mounted would be a big help hard to see on the book that came with it i know where it goes just cant seem to figure out the placement

does it need to be protected from water and what not?

it mounts in the wheel well on the driverside of the bed but need pics of it on to see the set up the one in the fass book dont give good pics

it is tight as hell in ther man ran my wire harness today an could not get that pump in it had me heated

i think it says you gotta take the tank out first, id probably drop it hook all the lines up to the tank and while the tank is out mount the pump.

mine has the pump on the filter under the hood.... I got lucky on that ..It uses the factory suction pipe ..thank god i just filled it it has 34 gallon in it ...truck acted stupid an it was close to empty so i filled it an ran diesel treat in it an put new filter then it left me sit

but on the note thanks again man i was getting pissed if you notice on the link mine is the 3g pic all others are for two wheel drive an 4x4 long beds my book from fass has none of that in it

Zack most lift pumps are on the driver side not far from the drivers door area on the frame. Being lifted you will be able to change the lift pump filter quickly.

Not yet had to work ..I was sent to Boston to install a 5 million dollar metal X-ray device should be done tomorrow

Thanks man I knew where it was just had to see the mounting bracket installed it is tight
