Currently in the process of removing the factory amplifier, replacing all of the speakers including the Sub and wondering how many others out there think that the Alpine system in the 2013 - 2017 RAM is good but still lacks a lot of depth and separation and can be improved. I am really curious as to everyone else's thoughts and if they are sticking with it or have already replaced the speakers and amps.

What kind of budget do you have for upgrades, and what are you looking for overall in your upgraded audio system.

I think the system sounds great for a "Stock" radio setup. That being said. Yes, I think there isn't enough separation between the frequencies. Could definitely use more highs.

That is my exact complaint, the vocals sound great in the mid range, the bass sounds great, but the hi-hats, snares, certain high frequency drums or sounds that just mush together. I am working on a system for it currently and will update everyone when it is complete.
