Thanks for sharing...I kept checking your youtube post and the post on the t-style radios for an update. Glad you're getting it fixed. The 7K sucks though :(

Keep up the youtube videos for us!

True that brother! If you understood how much money this crap will cost you, you may cry with me.......

That will put a dent in the finances for sure - less than a new truck though if the rest of it is in good shape.

I bought the Lifetime Maxcare warranty so it would cost me $100.

I thought the valve seat falling out was mainly on the V6 engines several years back.

I’m thinking that I may be having the same problem. I had my truck into the dealer to take care of some recalls that needed to be done. I thought I had some more broken exhaust manifold bolts again so I told them to take care of that too while it’s there. They told be the bolts were all fine. Now I’m worried that it’s the lifters. The local dealer changed ownership recently and cleaned house. Now it’s got mechanics that don’t now the product they’re fixing. I have to now take it to a dealer that’s almost an hour away.

I know the voices in my head aren’t real, but man, do they ever come up with some great ideas.

Am I right in saying this is something that we shouldn't be worrying about.... I mean it's a $40,000 truck!
I hope you don't have the same problem as me brother.

I just dropped mine off at a dealership an hours drive away to have them look at it at hopefully fix the issue. When I bought my truck I got the power train warranty so this should be covered after my $100 deductible.

Smart man.
I however learned the hard way... Lol.
This is my new video of The Jasper engine going in today. I did a ton of research and I'm hoping this is a bulletproof Hemi!

Glad to hear you were able to bring your truck to the dealer, Michael. Please let us know how the diagnosis goes and if you need assistance from our team, send us a private message!

I tried using your team before and the result was it only made it more difficult to get the issue resolved. Maybe if Ram actually cared they would fix the known issues rather then wasting their customers time by making them go get known problems fixed repeatedly. There are issues that have been known since 2012 that still being dealt with in new trucks.
