Did you have to send your ECU or anything to Hemifever for the tune? I have the unrestricted Predator 2 tuner. So my understanding is they send a file via email and you download it to your tuner device?
No need to send the PCM anywhere. When I worked with Hemifever on my custom tune it went like this:
1. Contact him through his website. He will respond with info on what he needs to build a tune for your truck..
2. Usually it goes like this. You will connect the programmer to your PC & download the last tune written to your PCM from the programmer. You basically copy and paste the tune file to a PC. This "last tune written" would be the Diablosport programmer canned tune you have already loaded on to your truck.
3. Hemifever will ask you to log the truck's performance. You plug the programmer into the truck's OBDII port, then drive normally, stop and go, cruise at various speeds and some WOT bursts. Download the logs to your PC in the same file as the last tune written file.
4. You send the last tune written plus your logs to Hemifever via email.
5. Hemifever will develop the tune from your files, then send you a tune file via email. Download the tune file to your PC then load it on to your programmer.
6. Plug the programmer into your truck and upload the custom tune. Hemifever will have you drive the truck and log its performance much like you did with the first log session. Then he will ask you to send him the next set of logs.
You may end up driving and logging performance plus trading info with Hemifever 2 or 3 times before he has created an optimal tune for your truck.
Most Diablosport Platinum programmers can hold more than one custom tune BTW.
