Ok, I have found 30 something different makers of HID kits for my 2005 Ram. I don't want to buy a cheap set that will die within a year. I would greatly appreciate any help on what to get or what not to get.

I think I want a 6000k kit. I want a nice white lite with a slight tinge of blue. NOT the yellowish or pinkish or purple crap.

Please any help?

Hit up JJ and he will build you anything. Your going to need a harness and relay for it to work right.

What do you have in yours?

I have Twiggy 6k Hids (he no longer works on em) for the heads and ebay 6ks for the fogs. You can get away with the cheap ebays on the fogs because the computer does not run those. The heads are ran off the PCM and need a relay and harness attached. Heres a pic of the heads at dusk... havent snapped a shot of the fogs.

I've got a 6000k kit from DDM tuning in my truck and my wife's car and they both work fine. BUT, I don't have to worry about the PCM controlled headlights either
