The battery in my 2018 ram 1500 5.7 goes dead after a couple of weeks. What is the normal parasitic draw for my truck?
Anyone else with a 2018 have similar problems?

Anything less than about 50ma.The battery in my 2018 ram 1500 5.7 goes dead after a couple of weeks. What is the normal parasitic draw for my truck?
Less than 50 mA is a good rule of thumb but the true factory draw is more in the 10-20 mA range.Anything less than about 50ma.
You may want to have the battery load tested, it wouldn't be the first time a new truck's battery has gone bad in the first year.
I believe that my Viper alarm is part or all of my problem. I will do an amp draw test with and without the alarm in the circuit. I do not want to go to the dealer and have them point to the alarm as the cause. I will talk with the dealer service rep and find out the approximate draw.
