Looks great, I’ve been wanting to put one of those on my truck for quite awhile now but just haven’t had the time.

Bought it off eBay. Or you can buy it directly from the company that makes it. Mr. Hood Scoop. Very good quality. Not a cheap looking add on. Think it cost me $179. It comes ready to be primed, painted and installed. That cost me another $300.

Been thinking about getting one of those myself for the v6 definitely gives it a more agressive sporty look!

Thank you. I was very nervous, especially with the paint match and the fact that two holes had to be drilled in hood to firmly secure scoop, but my guy did a great job.

Thanks guys. No chrome bumper. It’s a Big Horn with black out package so it has body color bumpers like an Express or a Sport

Finally got the hood scoop I bought last year from Mr. Hood scoop installed . Buddy of mine who owns a local body shop painted and installed it. I think he did a great job. Worth the wait.

Got it from a company named Mr Hood Scoop. Check out their website. Think it is HS009, which is the bigger of two scoops they offer for the 4th Gen Rams. Think it cost me $179. Then I had my body shop, prep, prime and paint it. Once that was done they installed it as well. All that cost me another $350. I love the way it looks, but remember, to properly install it you have to let them drill two holes in your hoods for the two front supports. It took me about 6 months to digest that whole part of the install, but I think I made the right choice. Very happy with the way it looks, and since I don’t ever plan to take it off, the holes are not really an issue. And no, it is not functional. It is purely for looks, which I think it does well.

Looks great. What shop did you use? I’ve been eyeballing the viper hood but can’t justify the money or the mixed reviews. I’m in Islip BTW.
