While sitting in the house I heard a horn blaring. Checking the driveway it was my replacement horn for my 1998 Dodge Ram 3.9l truck. I disconnected the battery and the horn stopped. After waiting awhile I recharged the battery and then reconnected the terminals. Now the horn does not work. Self help videos prompted my to buy a new horn relay and a new horn. The horn does not work although it did sound momentarily until the 10 amp fuse blew. I am at a loss as to why the horn does not work. Suggestions please!
