Horn on lock issue

I attempted to activate the horn on lock, with the options in settings/doors and locks/ sound horn on lock (1 press) or (2 presses). I activated it in ALFA, the option shows up in settings/doors and locks, but I can't select either option. I tried resetting the RF hub, and disconnected power on the radio, no help. I have left it alone for a couple days, hoping that it would suddenly start working, but no help. Any ideas? What am I missing?
