Horn, steering wheel controls, heated steering wheel all not working.

I have a 2013 ram 2500 power wagon.
My steering wheel controls to navigate through dash controls are not working along with my horn and steering wheel heater all stopped working. My truck sat for about a month. I went to camping and everything stopped working, I'm not sure if a fuse is blown because I couldn't find one for the steering wheel. My cruise control works but nothing else. Would anyone have an idea of what to look for ? TIA.
Just a quick 2nd question lol while looking under the dash I found these 3 plus just hanging out and was wondering if someone knew what they are for haha..

fuse F97 is for the heated steering wheel

did you ever figure it out? have the exact same problem. dont want to buy a clock spring if its something stupid
