How do I get 14 wides to fit 2019 1500 classic

I have a 2019 1500 ecodiesel im wanting to put 14 wides on it but I don't want to trim anything.

Im a lowered truck guy and I’ve never had a lifted truck but couldn’t you just run some 1/2”-3/4” spacers and be ok then?
